Our inclination is to nurture the ‘what ifs’ into grassroots initiatives, positioning and equipping our own employees to be leaders in this space. I believe this is something that has allowed us to make an impact not only within, but also beyond our office walls.
I’m proud as ever of our team and the progress we made in 2022, continuing to make strides towards a more diverse & inclusive work environment, and contributing to the communities in which we operate.
We know there is much left to be done to preserve the climate in which we work and to improve equity and inclusion amongst our peers. However, at Capstone, our philosophy is to recognize and learn from the progress we’ve made, while never settling for ‘good enough.’
