Tom Stott is Capstone’s Operations Manager responsible for back office operations. Tom enjoys working in a fast paced, continually evolving environment. Tom joined Capstone in 2009 and played an important role in the development of the Fixed Income back office. He began his career at Mako Global Derivatives as a middle office associate on both the equity and fixed income desks. Tom subsequently joined the newly formed RV Capital LLP, a proprietary firm specializing in trading equity and fixed income options, where he built out the operations team including the initial setup of accounts, infrastructure, and back and middle office.

Tom received a B.A. degree in Geography from Leeds University.
