Scott Brindley is a Senior Portfolio Manager focused on equity and commodity volatility arbitrage strategies. Scott enjoys that each day is different and he never knows what to expect in the day ahead. Scott has been with Capstone since inception and was instrumental in the growth of the equity derivatives trading business.

Scott began his trading career with Saratoga Limited on the London International Financial Futures and Options Exchange (LIFFE). After finding success in this role, he transferred to Amsterdam to trade Dutch single stocks and index options on the AEX. Following the management buyout of Saratoga by Mako Global Derivatives, Scott relocated to New York as part of the company’s expansion into the U.S. equity options market. His work included trading on the AMEX floor, eventually trading electronically on the ISE.

Scott received a B.S. degree in Economics and Politics from UWCC/Cardiff University.
