Cosmin Lupea

Treasurer

Cosmin Lupea joined Capstone as a Treasurer in January 2021. Cosmin joined Capstone from Citadel where he managed the Fixed Income Financing team for the Asset Manager and Broker Dealer businesses for three years. Prior to Citadel, Cosmin spent nine years at Barclays where he was responsible for funding and liquidity management for three years before he traded structured products repo on the Fixed Income Financing desk.

Cosmin has an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business where he specialized in Data Analysis and Quantitative Finance.
