Anna Sharkey
Chief People Officer
Anna Sharkey is Capstone’s Chief People Officer, responsible for overseeing the firm’s talent and people strategies, and diversity and inclusion efforts. Before joining Capstone, Anna was the Human Resources lead for Blackstone’s Credit business and a number of their investment groups. Prior to Blackstone, Anna was the Global Head of Talent at S&P Global. She was responsible for talent acquisition, succession planning and leadership & career development, as well as Human Resources M&A. She has also held senior Human Resources roles at Barclays, Citi and Enron, working out of Norway, South Africa, UK and US.
Anna received a BSc in Social Science/Social Work from Lund University, Sweden and an MBA from University of Wales, College of Cardiff, UK.
