Robert Kolodziej

Robert Kolodziej is Capstone’s Chief Operating Officer and oversees the business development, middle office, operations, technology, and treasury teams. Rob began his career with Capstone in 2004 as a trader on the U.S. Fixed Income team, rising to Head of Business Development, focusing on portfolio manager sourcing and due diligence, and most recently COO of Trading, where he focused on ensuring front office operational efficiency. In his over twenty years of industry experience, he has held roles in portfolio management, trading, and risk management.

Rob received a BBA in Finance from James Madison University.
