Alexandra Moore

Alexandra Moore is Capstone’s Head of People, overseeing all aspects of the firm’s global People function including talent acquisition, development, total rewards, employee experience, and DEIB initiatives. Since joining Capstone in March 2019, she has grown within the organization, most recently managing all of People Operations before assuming her current role. Prior to Capstone, Alexandra developed her expertise across various facets of the People function, including Recruitment, HR Operations, and Compensation, with her most recent experience being in Executive Search for financial services clients at RSR Partners.

Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from the State University of New York at Cortland.
