Java/C# Front Office Developer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Connector to the business: This role is part of the firm’s dev team, and within that its front-office specialists; this sub-team works closely with many of our trading desks and risk teams to develop and deliver cutting edge software solutions
- Build, maintain and enhance robust high impact Risk and PnL systems to ensure high performance, reliability and scalability
- Design and develop the fundamental building blocks of the front office platform including data flow, exchange connectivity, and order management systems
- Collaborate with other highly skilled engineers across the technology team and the firm daily to solve complex technical challenges and build state-of-the-art systems
DESIRABLE CANDIDATES:
- Experience in building production level software in at least two of the following languages: C#, Java, Python
- Plus if experienced in C++
- Comfortable with SQL databases
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ~5 years working experience in the financial industry (buy or sell-side)

BASE SALARY RANGE
$150,000 – $180,000 USD (depending on experience)
