Capstone is looking for a Client Service Analyst to join the Investor Relations Team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual who is eager to work with a team of experienced professionals in a dynamic environment. The opportunity offers great exposure to the many and varied aspects of a hedge fund, and will require interaction with valued stakeholders such as the firm’s administrator and senior leaders across various business functions including Finance, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Risk, and Treasury. The role offers the opportunity to interact closely within a fast-paced and innovative Investor Relations team and provide best-in-class service to the firm’s primarily institutional client base.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Investor Relations & Client Solutions team with delivering first class service to investors and prospects
  • Work closely with team members and develop relationships across departments to complete standardized and ad hoc reporting
  • Assist with the preparation of regulatory filings and board meeting materials
  • Help oversee the relationship with Capstone’s third-party administrator 
  • Process transactions by reviewing and tracking the relevant documentation related to subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers
  • Maintain investor-specific records related to AML/KYC requirements
  • Monitor investor capital activity and provide frequent updates to senior management
  • Work with the firm’s Fund Accounting team and CRM system to help streamline the capital activity process
  • Develop strong product, strategy, and industry knowledge

DESIRABLE CANDIDATES:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 1-3 years of financial services experience at a hedge fund or fund administrator preferred
  • Strong Computer / Analytical skills. CRM experience preferred
  • Motivated and proactive.  Able to work independently within a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize among many time-sensitive demands

BASE SALARY RANGE

$75,000 – $90,000 USD
