Investor Relations Associate


  • Assist with managing relationships and communicating business initiatives to select current investors in different jurisdictions. Involves arranging and preparing for regular update meetings/calls, responding to inquiries, and serving as a day-to-day point of contact.
  • Liaise directly with senior investment team members to ensure timely and accurate service to investors.
  • Manage pitchbooks, newsletters, risk reports for dedicated products.
  • Be acutely involved in the coordination of investor events, including the Global Volatility Summit, as well as smaller scale events, dinners, and webcasts.
  • Maintain firm wide marketing materials and presentation management software.
  • Work closely with team members and colleagues across departments to complete investor and prospective investor standardized and ad hoc reporting.

Desirable Candidates:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 1-3 years of financial services experience preferred
  • Strong Computer / Analytical skills. CRM experience would be preferred
  • Motivated and proactive. Able to work independently within a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
