Since the onset of this pandemic we have prioritized our commitment to our team’s health and safety. We were prepared for remote operations long before mandates for social distancing were implemented.

Human Resources/Recruiting


  • Partner directly with hiring managers to gather role requirements and strategize on interview and assessment plans
  • Oversee interview plans for all open roles and administer recruitment program
  • Source and evaluate candidate applications and liaise with recruiters and hiring managers on candidate interview steps
  • Network and build candidate pipelines for areas with high volumes of hiring
  • Partner with interviewers to ensure they understand their role in the assessment process and to gather their feedback
  • Create and post job descriptions on both internal and external sites
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-volume scheduling of interviews which includes gathering availability, sending calendar invites, facilitating logistics and confirming and distributing schedules
  • Manage all data entry to ATS ensuring that all candidates and demographic information are reflected as well as interview details and feedback
  • Collaborate with Human Resources team on offer process and onboarding new hires
  • Maintain data entry into the Business Development CRM for tracking and reporting purposes
  • Provide exceptional client service to candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process
  • Support campus recruitment efforts and internship program which includes bringing fresh ideas and perspectives
  • Leverage both the Business Development CRM and ATS to distribute HR analytics on recruitment status, pipeline metrics and diversity metrics
  • Other duties and project as assigned



  • Bachelor’s degree, minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Greenhouse and/or Microsoft Teams a plus
  • Commitment to accuracy while not sacrificing efficiency
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and leverage resources to complete work timely and accurately
  • Adaptable to changing requirements
  • Ability to effectively communicate (verbally & in writing) will individuals at various levels both within and outside of the firm
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Displays a high level of discretion and maintains confidentiality of all sensitive matters
