Since the onset of this pandemic we have prioritized our commitment to our team’s health and safety. We were prepared for remote operations long before mandates for social distancing were implemented.

Progressive transparency is a key value to us at Capstone. Employing it with discipline through these uncertain times has enabled us to adapt proactively to evolving health and safety challenges, keeping our operations uninterrupted and our investment strategies agile, while we continue to deliver exceptional client service.

Human Resources Analyst


• Facilitate global new hire onboarding and processing in HRIS
• Send notifications and process employee changes (terminations, department updates, manager updates, etc) in HRIS
• Participate in implementation of global HRIS and track all deliverables, status and open items
• Coordinate immigration filings for new hires, students and existing employees
• Maintain HR intranet page including adding new content and keeping information up to date and relevant
• Coordinate speaker series including identifying speakers, setting up contracts, determining recording requirements, sending communications/invites, adding to learning platform
• Help HR team with drafting communications on career development, feedback and performance
• Administer new hire and annual harassment prevention training
• Coordinate process for procurement requests and contracts for all new HR vendors and existing contract renewals
• Setup internal pulse surveys to collect regular feedback from employees and analyze results
• Maintain global employee handbooks; update policies as legislation changes and as Capstone implements new policies / programs; develop employee handbooks/addendums for new jurisdictions
• Manage regulatory posters for all office locations
• Monitor COVID-19 compliance activities including ensuring daily health checks are completed and tracked alongside attendance for all offices, including contract tracing as required
• Work with Compliance to complete annual cybersecurity review for global HR vendors
• Help facilitate intern program by coordinating with non-investment teams for internal presentations and workshops
• Manage new hire and annual background checks, ensuring timely and thorough completion
• Coordinate CEO lunch program
• Help monitor system integrations for data feeds between the HR system and other internal systems
• Maintain HR process and procedure documents ensuring all processes controls are documented accurately
• Run reports and prepare analytics on diversity metrics and trends
• Complete employment verifications



• Upcoming or recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
• Displays a high level of discretion and maintains confidentiality of all sensitive matters
