Since the onset of this pandemic we have prioritized our commitment to our team’s health and safety. We were prepared for remote operations long before mandates for social distancing were implemented.

Progressive transparency is a key value to us at Capstone. Employing it with discipline through these uncertain times has enabled us to adapt proactively to evolving health and safety challenges, keeping our operations uninterrupted and our investment strategies agile, while we continue to deliver exceptional client service.

Help Desk Associate


  • Monitor and respond to incoming requests and IT issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain computer systems and act as support if and when systems fail
  • Actively maintain inventory of PC’s, printers, servers and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc.)
  • Maintain users PC including upgrades and configuration as needed
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of all users including both employees and consultants
  • Track and maintain inventory of all equipment, software and licenses
  • Install, configure and upgrade PC software on an as needed basis
  • Create, update and maintain documentation on systems and procedures
  • Manage user desk set-up, break-down and office moves as required by the business
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Familiarity with computer systems, computer repair and network management
  • Resourcefulness and quick-thinking nature to troubleshoot new and critical technical issues as they arise
  • Strong drive to provide excellent customer service and experience, awareness of prioritization of tasks, stakeholders and time.
  • Familiarity with financial/trading software (Bloomberg, redi+, fidessa, etc.)
