2021 Summer Internship – Human Resources
Responsibilities
- Support rollout of broad HR initiatives to meet the team’s strategic goals
- Review all existing HR communication vehicles and build understanding of all existing HR offerings and services
- Become familiar with the functionality of SharePoint and SharePoint communication sites and develop an understanding of page design, web part utilization and content display options
- Design and present a mock page layout representing best options for sharing and displaying information in a user-friendly and clear format
- Build out communication site and launch communications for firm-wide delivery
- Develop new content for sharing information with employees about additional offerings, frequently asked questions and best practices
- Assist in the continued development of our efforts around marketing, candidate experience and learning & development
- Work with other interns to gather feedback on the summer internship experience and recommend ideas and activities that would be additive
Qualifications
- Current undergraduates pursuing studies in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
- Displays a high level of discretion and maintains confidentiality of all sensitive matters
