Paul Britton
Paul has been CEO of Capstone since 2004. He offers an exceptional track record in trading and a stunning talent for business development.Straight out of university, Paul joined Saratoga, a London-based trading firm. Within just a few years, he opened their Dutch office. Quickly thereafter, Paul was involved in the purchase of the company, renamed it, and headed off to New York to start up US operations for this new incarnation, called Mako. After working for several years as chief of the US division, Paul sensed a need for a new business model, one that truly integrated traders with financial engineers and strategists to work together in harmonic unison. He followed his ideas to found Capstone.

Chief Risk Officer
Matt Tonelli
Matt Tonelli is based in New York and serves as the global Chief Risk Officer for Capstone Holdings and its subsidiaries. Prior to assuming his risk management role, Matt served as Capstone's Head of Fixed Income. He began his career in 1997 as a proprietary trader of the US Equity and Index derivatives on first the CBOE and then the AMEX. In 2002, Matt joined Paul Britton in what would become Capstone. Over the past 13 years, Matt has managed and traded derivative portfolios on every asset class. Matt is a partner and member of Capstone's core management team.
Chief Technology Officer
Ju Joh
In 2001, Ju started his career with Mako Global Trading in its NY office. As a programmer analyst, he designed and developed various components of back-office and front-office trading systems as well as implemented an overhaul of Mako's auto-traders. In 2003, he was promoted to lead Mako's order routing architecture team, and as a member of the Core Management Team he redesigned front-office/back-office system integration, as well as managing IT projects for Mako's expansion into Australia and Asia.In 2004, Ju joined Capstone Holdings, where he is Chief Technology Officer.

Will Kuhl
Will Kuhl is the head of the London operation and a partner in Capstone. He joined Capstone at its inception in 2004. Will graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Finance in 1987 and after spending four years in the retail trade found himself starting a new career in proprietary trading. Since his time with a company called Helios in 1992, Will has found himself traveling the world opening up trading offices in places such as London, Chicago, and Amsterdam. His trading experience is widespread and comprehensive and includes time spent trading many different asset classes including currencies, commodities, fixed income as well as equities and indices.
